L'Academie de Cuisine is an establishment where all students can find the high-quality, hands-on instruction in essential, classic techniques for both the professional and the amateur cook.
Begin the evening with passed hors d'oeuvres and Champagne. Then move into the ball room and indulge in a 6-course seated dinner paired with wines created and executed by LADC alumni, including Nicholas Stefanelli, Jonathan Krinn, Amy Brandwein, Melanie Parker, and more.
Dine with Chefs from all around the city including Robert Wiedmaier, Patrick O'Connell, Todd Gray, Roland Mesnier, Fabio Trabocchi and many more!
