Keto is all the rage now, but why?  Have you noticed that as soon as something comes up as a health "trend" it is attacked?  Many people/companies start speaking against the Ketogenic lifestyle in order to promote their own agenda.  Others use it to their advantage...

There is lots of confusion -- and lots of misinformation.  This eating style has been proven to be therapeutic and effective.  The question becomes:  Is it for you?  That's what you'll find out in this talk.

There is LOTS of validity to this eating/lifestyle!  It will be educational, easy to understand and it will make sense to you.  I'll also give you experiential exercises to do at home.  Or as I like to call them, homePLAY!
