Join the Outsiders on Saturday, October 15th for our Kankakee State Park Hike! Bring your hiking shoes or sturdy sneakers (you’ll need them), dress warm, pack water and a sandwich, invite some friends and get ready to enjoy the outdoors. We’ll start the day at The Long Room. After the hike we'll make our way to a local eatery for food and drinks before heading back home.
EVENT DETAILS:
- 10:00AM – Meet at The Long Room
- 10:30AM – Depart
- 12:30PM – Arrive at hike entrance
- 1:45PM – Snack break on the trail
- 3:00PM – Conclude hike head to a Local Eatery for food & drinks
- 5:30 PM - Depart back to The Long Room

No refunds or credits unless the event is canceled. We hike RAIN OR SHINE. If the event is rescheduled due to inclement weather (dangerous or unsuitable for the course of activity), ticket purchasers will be offered refunds if they notify us within 72hrs that they are unable to attend the rescheduled date.

No refunds or credits unless the event is cancelled. We cannot issue refunds or credits for anyone testing positive for COVID or other illnesses. If the event is rescheduled due to inclement weather (dangerous or unsuitable for the course of activity), ticket purchasers will be offered refunds if they notify us within 72hrs that they are unable to attend the rescheduled date. We strive to make Outsiders a diverse and affordable adventure opportunity for everyone. Keeping our ticket prices accessible to everyone is one of the main reasons for our no refund policy.
