Rather than discussing “The Rules”, we will look at the larger context of our racial, ethnic and religious histories. Together, in a non-blaming, supportive discovery, we will ask: Are we respecting or “ripping off” other cultures?

Understanding the difference between our good intentions and the impact we have will be the key to building strong, trusting relationships and supporting the people with whom we live and work.
