Sunday, February 23rd

Registration - 2:00pm-7:30pm

Unassisted Exhibitor Move-in - 2:00pm-6:00pm (must have badge to enter exhibitor area)

Brand Welcome Receptions - 5:00pm  *Sponsoring Vendors Only*

Monday, February 24th

Exhibitor Move in - 8:00am-2:00pm

Exhibitor Fair - 4:00pm-8:00pm (food and beverage will be served throughout the fair)

BuyMax After Fair Party 8:00pm-10:00pm

Tuesday, February 25th

Exhibitor Move out - 8:00am-11:00am

Please note:

• Some Sponsorships include a 10'x10' booth. Please see sponsorship details for more information.
• Because of space limitations, this year we will not be providing discounts for multiple booths.  If you would like a double booth, please purchase 2 single booth tickets.
• If you are bringing a vehicle, you are required to purchase a minimum of 2 booths.
• Badge registration and Hotel reservation link will be sent upon purchase of booth/sponsorship.
• Deadline to guarantee logo included on print signage is January 25, 2025. Logo must be received, in proper format, by this date as well.
