All payments including deposits are non-refundable but you may transfer your payments to the following event as long as payments are made on the originally scheduled dates. There is a $300 transfer fee as long as you notify our office more than 30 days prior to the start of your scheduled event. A transfer within 30 days of the scheduled event, or a second transfer, will incur a $500 transfer fee. I understand that DISCOVERY SPOTLIGHT will not be held responsible for forces of nature, strikes, epidemics, or hotel breakdowns, which could postpone or prevent DISCOVERY SPOTLIGHT events. I agree to protect the best interest of Discovery Spotlight and not to defame the company, director, or its staff’s reputation via any medium.
