Chris Cooley
Americas Skilling Director, Microsoft
Chris Cooley (SHE/HER) is a dynamic and accomplished leader serving as the Americas Skilling Director at Microsoft. With a robust background in IT implementation, optimization, and team building, Chris has been instrumental in driving skilling initiatives across the Americas region.
Her expertise spans across various domains including Azure, AI, and Security, where she has developed innovative training programs that significantly enhance employee satisfaction and reduce attrition rates.
Chris's contributions to Microsoft's skilling efforts are reflected in her leadership of key initiatives such as the Skills Navigator Program and various technical skilling challenges. Her dedication to continuous improvement and innovation has made her a respected figure in the industry, known for her ability to build bridges within organizations and drive impactful results.
Lisa Deaton
President, Kentucky Bluegrass Chapter of HIMSS
With over 25 years in healthcare, Lisa has progressive experience in healthcare operations, including billing, nursing, management, and healthcare IT, including informatics and analyst roles.
Lisa also shares her knowledge as an Adjunct Clinical Faculty at Eastern Kentucky University. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Eastern Kentucky University and a Master of Science in Nursing Informatics from Walden University.
Currently serving as the President of the Kentucky Bluegrass Chapter of HIMSS, Lisa has earned Senior Member status with HIMSS for her significant contributions to HIMSS and healthcare IT.
Vache King

Vache pursued her education as a non-traditional student and secured her undergraduate degree in Paralegal Studies from Sullivan University. Vaché furthered her education by obtaining two master's degrees (Master of Business Administration and Master of Science in Managing Information Technology)
Her career has spanned all levels of program and project management, with a more recent focus on mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and system implementations. Vaché recently soft-launched a one-stop partnership offering innovative solutions in areas such as faith-based women's empowerment, financial literacy, grant writing, and education and career development.
