We do understand that some of our behaviors are wrong and yet we keep on doing them. Why do we do this to ourselves and on the top of that torture ourselves in overthinking? Why do we procrastinate? Why are we often harsh and unfair with people we love the most? Why can't we stop feeling guilty or fearful? As a matter of fact, the more we try to stop those feelings the more we feel them. It's like vicious circle.
Some of the reasons lie down in the nature of our historical development. We are conditioned to seek for a threat in our environment in order to survive. Hence we feel stressed by default. When we are kids we create survival mechanism that helps us but when we grow up it becomes useless and limiting and yet over the years our reactions and behaviors follow the same patterns and get activated from the same triggers.
Most of the time we live our lives by default not realizing it and we let our emotions control us.

Who are we?
We are Liana and Sylvain. We have been through a lot in our own lives and that made us realize that we want to help others.
