On Wednesday, March 21st, 2018, starting at 6 PM at NYC’s Metropolitan Pavilion, the Affordable Art Fair kicks off and runs until Sunday, March 25th. You’ll be able to enjoy a wonderful, festive fair dedicated to spring, and providing you with over seventy exhibitors from America and all over the world.
A Variety Of Artistic Selections
One thing that has made the Affordable Art Fair so popular is the promise of the fair’s name, meaning that there are plenty of affordable options to choose from if you wish to purchase some art. There will be plenty of original artwork for you to peruse, and the art work comes from over three hundred artists. Since these artistic creations come from all over the world, you’ll get several different types of cultural approaches to art as well. The typical prices of the pieces of art range from $100 and go all the way up to $10,000. The art work that will be showcased for purchase includes watercolors, oils on canvas, lithographs, screen prints, and etchings.
Another noteworthy item about the Affordable Art Fair is its charitable contributions, which it has used proceeds from the fairs over the past twenty years to donate to a wide variety of charities involved in art, art education, and other artistic endeavors.
Tickets
New York’s Affordable Art Fair will be held at NYC’s Metropolitan Pavilion from Wednesday, March 21st at 6 PM until, Sunday, March 2018 at 5 PM. There are no refunds once you purchase your tickets, so make sure you buy your tickets for a day you know you can attend. Ticket prices are covered below.
- Private View Advanced Purchase: $70 per person. With this ticket, you will be able to access the Private View on Wednesday, March 21st from 6 PM until 9 PM, Art After Dark on Thursday, March 22nd from 6 PM until 9 PM, and all other General Admission hours.
- Private View Purchase: $80 per person. This ticket includes everything the Private View Advanced Purchase includes if you buy the tickets at the door.
- Art After Dark Ticket. $30 per person. With this ticket, you can attend Art After Dark from 6 PM until 9 PM on Thursday, March 22nd and all General Admission art fair hours. You will be excluded from Art After Dark on Thursday, March 22nd.
- General Admission: $18 in advance, $20 at the door, $10 for students and seniors. This ticket buys you one day’s worth of attendance during normal fair hours. You cannot attend Art After Dark or the Private View with this ticket.
