Problem Statement

KSU was looking to kick off virtual, hybrid and in-person experiences for students, established employer relationships, faculty, staff and alumni. Having previously achieved a successful track record for student and employer engagement, the KSU team did not want to forfeit their already established value through in-person career fairs and therefore were looking for a robust virtual venue solution to replicate and exceed the engagement between students and employers.

Over 33 employer booths for KPMG, EY, Koch Industries, Aprio, CohnReznick and more were configured and customized to host students and employers as they enjoyed a rotating “meet & greet” within select virtual rooms. KSU provided its employer partners with a robust solution and single platform to meet prospects for hiring while employers were given the opportunity to meet accomplished student-candidates within a specified goal-driven timeframe all made possible via Fireworks.
